Description
We are seeking Carpenters with industrial experience for work on the BHP Headframe project in Jansen Saskatchewan.

Work Conditions
- Shift based position with 14 days on and 7 days off, working 10 hours per day
- Project end date: August 2025
- Travel allowance provided for those that qualify (proof of residency required)
- Site based camp accommodations provided
- Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions

Essential Responsibilities
- Understand industrial concrete forming and engineered forming systems to accurately build concrete forms
- Provide roofing support, perform pre-outage work and concrete pours
- Comprehend drawings to prepare layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, and measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions
- Check completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb, and the right size, shape, and location
- Willingness to lend a hand with basic concrete work
- Strong communication and a team player with demonstrated ability to work under mínimal supervision
**Qualifications**:
- Certified Journeyperson with previous experience in an industrial setting or be a registered apprentice from a recognized provincial authority
- Non-ticketed carpenters must have 4+ years relevant experience to the industrial carpentry trade
- Previous experience in an industrial setting using concrete forms
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 lbs. bend, kneel, crouch and climb stairs on a regular basis
- Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing and criminal background checkMust have a valid Driver's License and or a clear driver's abstract
