**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Intelligence & Data Analytics**
- Develop and maintain **Power BI dashboards** to provide real-time insights into sales, inventory, logistics, and operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and accessibility across all platforms
- Identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities using data analytics
- Work with leadership and department heads to translate business needs into actionable reports and insights.

**Technology & Systems Optimization**
- Oversee and optimize the integration of **CRM, ERP, fleet management, warehouse management, and marketing automation tools**.
- Work closely with software providers to troubleshoot issues, improve functionality, and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities to implement **AI, automation, and predictive analytics** to enhance business processes.
- Ensure data from multiple platforms is centralized and used effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities using data analytics.
- Work with leadership and department heads to translate business needs into actionable reports and insights.
- Facilitate Agile practices within the team to enhance collaboration and efficiency in project execution.
- Provide training and support to team members on BI tools and best practices.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role, with a focus on database design and management.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R for data analysis.
- Experience with CRM, ERP and business software integration.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and database management.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI and related automation technologies

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
