**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Operate Pallet Jacks and lift jacks
- Assist in loading and unloading products as part of the sales process, including mattresses
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Outgoing and comfortable approaching each and every customer
- Experience with pallet jacks and general lifting of product, including mattresses
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain store appearance including sweeping, washroom detail and dusting of product and counter space
