Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Processing Assistant to join our team. The Processing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks related to data entry, file management, and database maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Type, file, and maintain documents and records
- Enter data into databases and ensure data integrity
- Collect and compile data from various sources
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with database systems and ability to navigate them effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
