**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Customer Care Coordinator (Construction)** to join our team in the GTA. The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, homeowners, and stakeholders throughout the construction process. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently to provide clients with comprehensive and effective customer service solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and conduct **Occupancy Day Procedures on-site**:
- Efficiently complete all necessary documentation and reports
- Work closely with construction, trades and all other personnel and assist teams **on-site **where/when needed to ensure deficiencies are completed and signed off in a timely manner
- Assisting purchasers with all **Tarion Warranty** related inquiries and concerns
- Perform a variety of customer care duties **on-site **such as **Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)**, coordinate trade deficiency completions
- Assist with Closing/Occupancy Day procedures, 30-Day, Year-End Warranty submissions, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- A degree, diploma, or certificate in construction management, business, or a related field an asset
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or project management role; (_experience in the construction industry an asset)_
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology an asset
- Experience working within the residential construction industry with knowledge of the **Tarion Warranty** and **Construction Guidelines** and **Ontario Building Code** an asset
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's G license and access to a vehicle an asset
