As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will provide expertise in the development and maintenance of StandardAero’s global compensation programs. Reporting directly to the Global Compensation Director, you will partner and collaborate with HR and Business Leaders by providing strategic business oriented solutions to compensation.

**What you’ll do as a Senior Compensation Analyst**

  • Facilitate the annual salary planning processes. Configure and test the planning tool, coordinate communication to employees and managers, and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
  • Manage the administration and communication of our bonus programs. Assist with administration and audit of our sales incentive plans.
  • Participate as a key member in various compensation process improvement projects. For example: design and implementation of global grades/bands and competitive pay analysis, and automation of bonus plan administration.
  • Provide high quality customer service to support Human Resources staff and managers to provide collaborative, business-oriented solutions to address issues related to the compensation programs.
  • Complete the salary survey participation, for both local, national, and global surveys. Review and analyze results to help proactively determine areas of focus.
  • Participate in job analysis and evaluation. Assist leaders with creating and maintaining appropriate job documentation.
