**Job Brief**:
Graymont is seeking an experienced JDE Application Specialist to join a global team of IT professionals. The position will work to design, develop and support technical solutions and integrations to support Graymont Business Processes.

Canada - Hybrid - Richmond, BC

The JDE Applications Specialist role is based out of Graymont's newly renovated Richmond, BC office working a hybrid model.
- Involves working with Business Process Owners and Business Systems Analysts based in North America and Asia Pacific to improve business systems through business process analysis, functional and technical requirements specifications, and development of solutions and integrations using E1 and Orchestrations.
- Involves working with JDE Security and QSoftware modules and involves creation of new Userid’s and managing and resolving JDE access requests.
- Involves support to end-users based in multiple time zones based in North America and Asia Pacific.
- Involves opening support cases with Oracle and getting issues resolved.
- The position involves supporting the system during business hours with occasional additional support after business hours.
- 10 to 15 years of experience working with JDE E1 in a techno-functional role with a heavy emphasis on the technical side.
- Experience with E1 9.2 in a windows and SQL Server environment.
- Experience with tools like FDA, RDA, Financial Reporting, Table Conversions, NER, C Programming and debugging, OMW, ER Debugging and BI Publisher.
- At least 3+ years of experience with JDE Orchestrator and Groovy Scripting.
- Experience working with C business functions and Visual studio. This includes debugging business functions, minor modifications to base C functions, and creation of minor C functions including Cache processes.
- Should be comfortable with SQL queries in a Microsoft SQL server environment.
- Experience supporting more than one of the following functional areas: Finance, Job Cost, Sales Order and Advanced Transportation, Procurement, Inventory, HR and Payroll.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle from requirements gathering to production support
- Willingness to adhere to in-house programming and documentation standards.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with end-users and Business Process Owners, Business Systems Analysts and End-Users in business-friendly language.
- Additional qualifications that will be considered positively: JDE Certifications, working knowledge of French
