Chris James is expanding our team and looking for sales associates and other rising stars to join us in our Ontario St location.

Everyone at Chris James is responsible for being enthusiastic, career-oriented, respectful and above all customer oriented. Exceptional courtesy, innate respect for customer satisfaction and a love of fashion are essential.

You’ll gain insights into the fashion industry including buying, merchandising, administration and logistics planning, CRM/digital platform management, branding, marketing and anything else you have a thirst to learn. Learn about entrepreneurship and the flexibility and fulfillment of working with locally owned and operated businesses.

Ultimately everyone at Chris James is tasked with providing an attentive and customizable service experience, developing and maintaining relationships with our customers and partners, communicating effectively with co-workers, learning about the curation and quality of our products, and maintaining a clean and organized retail floor.

We offer competitive wages ($16.55/hr to $18/hr for inexperienced sales associates ; $18/hr to $21+/hr plus for experienced team leaders - negotiable depending on experience), commission, health benefits and discounts after the three month probation period, occasional vendor promotions and sales goal incentives, a supportive and motivational management team, a policy of internal promotion, and a positive work environment that promotes fashion retail as a fascinating and rewarding career.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
