**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and diagnose tire conditions and related vehicle issues
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires using appropriate tools and machinery
- Check and adjust tire pressure
- Maintain tire inventory and document services performed
- Ensure the workspace and equipment are clean, safe, and maintained
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with other mechanical services as needed (if qualified)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a tire technician or in a similar automotive role preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Familiarity with tire machines, balancers, and related tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge or certification is an asset
