Complete Pre-Operational Checklist.
- Start, stop and adjust machines as necessary for optimum production.
- Maintain log sheets as required.
- Keep area organized, clean and sanitary. Empty catch trays, dust machines and sweep the floor during production when possible.
- Keep top surfaces of machines clear and clean.
- Clean all tools at beginning of shift and keep all tools in proper storage when not in use.
- Adhere strictly to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) outlined for working in a food processing plant.
- Assist in general cleaning of machinery and plant facility as assigned when production is stopped.
- Work as a team and cooperate with your fellow team members at all times.
- Fill flour use-bin daily.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure the Proofer Pan Alarm is set up correctly for each pan.
- Ensure no double dough balls, or messy pans enter into the proofer.
- Check and record the dough ball weights for each dough (every 20 minutes)
- Recycle dough in the recycle bins as soon as possible.
- Report any Product Loss, Time Loss, QA Issues, or Mechanical Problems to the Shift Supervisor immediately.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- Able to work in fast paced, high pressure environment- Able to physically lift 25kg weight consistently- Able to work in a warm environment (uniform, safety and work attire provided by employer)- Must be flexible with the start and end times, shift timings can change as per business needs.- Work involves daily exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, extreme temperatures, humidity, darkness, and/or noise.- Work environment involves regular exposure to physical risks, such as working around mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards.- Personal protective equipment, as defined by C.H. Guenther and Son, will be provided
