**What you will do as a Application Support Systems Analyst**:

- Conduct code & design reviews, identifying bugs, and increasing code quality
- Assess business requirements to create system requirement specifications and design artifacts
- Work with onshore & offshore development team for project implementations
- Ensure compliance with design and corporate development standards
- Work with programmers, developers, and software architects on technical issues
- Develop and review test protocols to support QA & User Acceptance testing
- Identify issues and risks throughout the project life cycle and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Identify creative & scalable technology solutions for issues encountered by the development teams
- Participate & contribute to multiple cross functional meetings with technical and business stakeholders
- Analyze code, understand, and document the logic for existing Integration Jobs processes
- Define requirements for new projects, based on the existing jobs logic and on the updated business needs
- Post-secondary education in a computer science related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience working with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes & data manipulation
- 3-5 years development experience using **SQL Server**, **VB** scripting, and **PowerShell** scripting with the ability to read, understand, and document existing code
- Ability to build stored procedures, triggers and SQL jobs and work with Web Services
- Ability to modify, build, execute and export results of custom queries as per the business needs
- Hands-on experience working in a Salesforce support, configuration, or administration role is considered a strong asset
- Ability to work in weekly, rotational periods of on-call support is required
- Proven experience collaborating with various stakeholders in a project capacity, understanding the impact to customer and business support
