- Process invoices, track vendor payments
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all financial records are accurate and balanced.
- Prepare and process employee payroll, including tax withholdings and related filings.
- Prepare statements, reports, and other financial documents for analysis and review.
- Keep organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and digital.

Essential skills and qualifications
