Pharmacy Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescription medications
- Accurately enter and manage prescriptions using pharmacy software - **Fillware**:

- Provide friendly and professional customer service in-person and over the phone
- Process prescription pick-ups and payments at the point-of-sale system
- Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed
- Support merchandising of over-the-counter (OTC) products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy is preferred
- Familiarity with Fillware pharmacy software is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekdays and Saturdays
- High school diploma required; pharmacy assistant certification is an asset
