We service all retailers across the country including Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, Nestlé Canada brands, Rexall and many more **Successful Qualifications and Skills**: - Retail merchandising experience is required - must be familiar with planograms or schematics - Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance - Ability to work independently and autonomously with little supervision - Solid customer service skills/sales and excellent at building relationships - Good negotiation and interpersonal skills - Intermediate-level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) **Responsibilities & Duties**: - Follow detailed instructions for execution of client priorities through sales and merchandising. - Execute store relines, shelf replenishment, negotiation of display space and other physical tasks. - Report on in-store activities and task execution using a handheld device. - Maintain in-store relationships and follows all retailer procedures for store access. - Communicate regularly with Retail Supervisor / Team Lead. **Qualifications and Experience required**: - High School Diploma - Experience in retail environment beneficial. - Ability to lifting up to 60 lbs regularly from the floor to waist or chest high. - Ability to complete up to 8 hours shift while continuously walking, Kneeling and standing. - Must have a vehicle with driver’s and auto insurance valid. - **General Availability Required**: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM **AS PART OF CROSSMARK’S TEAM YOU WILL ENJOY**: - Competitive Wages - Paid Training - Flexible working hours - Great opportunity to earn a supplemental income - Gaining experience working with an outstanding Company that give you a creative space to operate. **Come join our team of merchandisers TODAY** **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract Part-time hours: 13-18 per week **Salary**: $16.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 4 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
