Bite's Grocer stocks everyday and specialty grocery items, fresh local produce, in-house fresh baked breads and pastries, cheeses & meats, and much more.
Duties include processing customer transactions using POS; receiving orders and checking against packing slip; stocking shelves; rotating stock; facing stock; assisting customers; completing daily task lists; and providing AMAZING and MEMORABLE customer service.
**We are seeking applicants who**:
Have a minimum of 1 year experience as cashier or grocery clerk;
Are punctual and reliable.
Product experience and/or buying experience an asset:
Must be a team player to accomplish daily tasks as assigned;
Are **self-motivated, organized**, and are able to maintain a clean and tidy working environment;
The ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly;
Work well under pressure during high customer volumes;
Have a positive attitude and a friendly, approachable nature;
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
