**Position Codes included**: Assembly, Studs, Housing, Aluminum Arm, Camshaft, Cross Drill, Heat Treat, Forging, Clutch Piston, Crown Gear, Injection Molding and Differential. **Job Summary**: Production Associate follow’s Musashi processes and procedures to produce quality parts and achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets set out for the Production Departments. **Reports to**: Team Leader, Sub Leader or Production Manager **Qualifications**: - 2 yrs manufacturing experience or other related experience. - Able to achieve a passing grade on Musashi pre-employment testing. **Musashi Expectations**: **Company Standards**: - Uphold company policies. - Follow all safety procedures & instructions. - Actively involved in company and department goals. - Follow Musashi’s “5’s” principles, quality, environmental, and health & safety systems. - Interact with all Musashi working peers in a respectful and pleasant manner. **Responsibilities**: - Operate equipment to produce quality parts. - Perform necessary measuring and machine checks to ensure quality and quantity targets are being met. - Attend annual health and safety training including (but not limited to) WHMIS, and Lockout Tag-out. **Personal Skills**: - Exceptional people skills and interpersonal communication skills. - Self-motivated and well organized. - Able to multitask. - Works well alone or as a team. - Flexible with good time management. - Excellent technical skills. **Please note**: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the associate for this job.
