Essential Responsibilities:
- Comprehend drawings to prepare layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, and measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions
- Understand concrete forming and engineered forming systems to accurately build concrete forms
- Skilled with traditional and engineered forming systems
- Check completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb, and the right size, shape, and location
- Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor’s high standards for safety and quality
**Requirements**:
- Journeyperson Carpenter ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
- Non-ticketed carpenters must provide proof of commercial or industrial related experience
- Apprentice Carpenters (levels 2-4) must be registered with a provincial training authority
- Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Project online orientations must be completed
Work Conditions:
- Project to commence in August 2025
- Work schedule: 5 days on, and 2 days off plus statutory holidays off
- Extended health benefits provided by CLAC
