HiNeon is a fast-growing LED neon sign manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of custom and pre-built modern neon signs/artwork. Through constant R&D we’re now leading the technological revolution of transferring neon from last-generation glass neon to environment-friendly LED neon. We mainly work with business clients from the U.S. and Canada with renowned clients like Google, Uber, WeWork, Adobe, Earls, etc.

**Responsibilities**
- LED Neon signs receiving, testing, and inventory management
- Order packaging and shipping
- Sort, check, verify, record, examine, and route incoming and outgoing shipments
- Conduct minor repairs of LED signs if needed
- Monitor and order warehouse supplies (carton boxes, tape, etc)
- Properly organize the warehouse to ensure all material is readily accessible, countable, and identifiable. Ensure the warehouse is well organized, clean, and tidy.
- Communicate and negotiate with shipping couriers: UPS, DHL, etc. Filing claims, summarizing courier performance data, etc.
- Work with customer service and/or sales team regarding technical details
- Process customer returns or replacement

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of warehousing/fulfillment experience
- Be able to lift up to and including 44 lbs or 20 Kgs without assistance
- Hands-on experience with common tools (i.e./ screwdriver, electric drill or saw, etc)
- Previous experience working with ERP/Inventory tracking system
- Great attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records of inventory levels
- Proven ability to manage and organize a warehouse by yourself
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Decent experience with Excel and Google Docs
- Excellent time management, with the ability to meet key deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Good to have**
- Amazon FBA shipment experience
- Pick and packing experience with an eCommerce company
- Basic knowledge in electronics/electrical background (using a soldering gun to fix small electronics)
- Operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

**Compensation**

$40,000 - $45,000 a year depending on experience.

$20.5-$23 hourly rate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
