**Responsibilities**:

- Perform grass cutting, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Assist with other landscaping tasks such as Planting, Weeding, Raking, Sod Installation, Fertilizer, Weedspray, Aeration, Bush Trimming and Mulching as needed.
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services to homeowners and offer free, no-obligation lawn care estimates.
- Obtain contact information from interested homeowners for follow-up by our sales team.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18+ Years old
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts during summer weather conditions.
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
- Valid G2/G driver's license and reliable transportation.

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

- 12 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
