**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in the electrical trade while working under the supervision of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical projects, gaining hands-on experience in both residential and industrial settings.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand wiring layouts and electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Support the team in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing necessary repairs.
- Learn to work with low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology is preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is a plus.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely is essential.
- Strong willingness to learn from experienced electricians and take direction.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy materials as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training or coursework in electrical systems is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00-$30.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
