**About the role**:
Reporting to the HSE Supervisor, the HSE Coordinator will provide HSE support our Recreation Centre project in Prince Albert three days per week to while providing support to the Saskatoon Buildings team on other projects twice per week. You will be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting, and comfortable and familiar with the use of HSE Management systems following the HSE directives outlined by corporate.

**As a HSE Coordinator at Graham, you will**:

- Take responsibility for your own health, safety, and environmental protection, as well as that of direct reports, the general public, and visitors to the site(s)
- Conduct project-specific safety orientation with all workers and visitors new to the worksite prior to commencement of work on the project
- Confirm that equipment inspections, preparation of reports, and follow-up on all noted deficiencies are completed
- Report any noncompliant conditions to the responsible project Superintendent / Supervisor.
- Assist in BBS assessments, when required
- Confirm through inspections that controlled products supplied to projects are accompanied by a corresponding current SDS / MSDS, and other documentation as required by local government regulations
- Confirm through observations that the ERP and other related emergency documents, bulletins, and notices are posted and communicated to workers
- Attend and participate in HSE meetings
- Review incident reports and maintain monthly statistics to identify undesirable trends.
- Conduct project inspections with the project Superintendent and worker to support hazard identification
- Arrange or conduct HSE training for workers and Supervisors
- Interact with regulatory bodies and clients, taking a hands-on approach and acting as the point of contact
- Deal with issues and support Operations as required
- Demonstrate HSE and Quality behaviours that reflect corporate expectations of Actively Caring and Road to Zero

**Qualifications/ Experience**:

- Completion of Construction or Health & Safety related Degree or Diploma training program at a college or technical school.
- NCSO designation is required.
- 2+ years of industry related experience
- Understanding of HSE MS systems.
- This role is primarily field-based and will require travel to Prince Albert 3 times per week.
