**About Us**:
**Fleming Heritage Restoration**is a family-run masonry restoration company committed to preserving the character and history of Ontario’s built heritage. Our tight-knit crew works hard, supports one another, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

**The Role**:
We’re looking for skilled and reliable construction labourers to join our team for the 2025 construction season. Work is full-time and takes place from April to November, based on project availability. Strong performers may be invited back for future seasons.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist with demolition, site prep, material handling, and cleanup
- Support skilled tradespeople in masonry and restoration work
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Willingness & ability to work on all types of lifts & scaffolding MANDATORY
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE appropriately

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1+ year construction or general labour experience an asset, but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Punctual, dependable, and hard-working
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Working at Heights certification a strong asset
- Own transportation to various GTA-area job sites
- Basic knowledge of masonry or heritage work is a bonus
