Join Dynasty Power as a **Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Specialist** and play a key role in expanding our business in the electricity, natural gas, and emissions sectors. In this dynamic position, you will secure and grow a portfolio of power and gas contracts, create and negotiate high-value deals, and support our world-class Trading and Business Development activities. We seek a highly motivated, team-oriented individual who is personable and ready to drive our C&I segment forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Secure and expand a strategic portfolio of power and gas sales contracts.
- Create and negotiate high-value deals for both customers and generators.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, including risk profiles and energy consumption and generation patterns.
- Secure and grow a portfolio of power and gas contracts, initially for Canadian businesses, with the goal of expanding into the U.S. market.
- Drive business growth by bringing in new deal flow and expanding market reach.
- Create and disseminate market research, analytics, and product offerings to customers.
- Support all Trading and Business Development activities to enhance overall business strategy.
- Grow and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in financial and physical energy markets, with specific experience in the C&I sector.
- Proven track record of securing and managing complex energy deals.
- Strong network of clients and contacts within the energy sector.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and maintain a personable and proactive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Energy Management, or a related field.

**Additional Information**: This position will be based at our head office in Calgary, Alberta, and will be a key driver of Dynasty Power’s growth strategy in the expanding C&I sector. The role will involve significant interaction with clients and will be critical in shaping the future of the company’s offerings. You will focus on the Canadian and U.S. markets, offering considerable personal and professional growth opportunities as you lead the C&I business into the future.
