**Do you have a passion for digital marketing and a knack for driving results?**

We're seeking a creative and analytical Online Marketing Specialist to join our growing team In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic online marketing campaigns that generate leads, boost brand awareness, and drive sales across various digital channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media presence across various platforms, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members, including sales and creative teams, to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recommend new marketing initiatives and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in online marketing or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus (e.g., WordPress)
- Data-driven approach with a strong focus on results
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve
