**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement programming based on the FLIGHT principles and Reggio Emilia philosophy.
- Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, wonder and expression.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child’s individual needs and growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with early childhood education best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Alberta Child Care Certification (required).
- Experience in an early childhood education setting, particularly with FLIGHT principles and Reggio Emilia-inspired environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing each child’s development.
