We are a new bridal store in Mississauga, ON and looking for energetic and responsible team leaders for our boutique. Our sister stores Avenue 22 Bridal and Ave 22 Off the Rack has over 30 years of experience in the bridal industry, Avenue 22 Bridal is now one of the leading bridal stores in the industry. Our company offers a high paced and exciting work environment.

A successful assistant store manager is the glue between the vision and the reality. They are someone who is capable of listening with the intention of understanding versus responding. - Working in a team-oriented environment - Maintain stores appearance, set up displays and merchandising, assist with setting up promotions and events, accurately complete sales transactions, and helping each other when in need of assistance.
- Effectively achieve company sales goals and quotas - Encourage and train employees to achieve personal sales targets for the store, help lead by example on sales and product knowledge in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Prioritize guest connection and experience - Build a rapport with our brides and their families - Ensure all clients are welcomed and comfortable and informed.
- Do what you do best - Style our brides to feel their best Provide ample knowledge and excitement about current bridal trends and styles. Be the leading expert in bridal fashion.
- Be their confidant - give honest and encouraging feedback on fit and be their guide throughout the process.
- Lead and coach AV Bridal’s vision, mission and core values.
- Assist in coordinating and conducting training, evaluations, and scheduling. Keep staff up to date with product and operational changes.
- Effectively resolve customer issues or concerns within the guidelines of the company.
- Model the selling environment - Lead by example. Support entire team to achieve success in their appointments.
- Establish strong relationship with suppliers
- Place customer orders with suppliers
- Receive and unbox all incoming customer shipments
- Monitor customer orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Other administration duties, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years in retail management or service-related industry
- Full-Time position required, weekends are required
- Strong communication and written skills in English. Be able to articulate your point well and in a manner that is received correctly by both supplier, team members, and guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Detailed oriented
- Have patience and a clear mind to deal with challenging situations.
- Sales and metric driven
- Proven track record of success
- Astute with common sense and quick thinking. Confident in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
- Proficient Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to manage/work with POS and inventory systems
- Able to lift a minimum of 15lbs

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
