**About Us**:

We are currently seeking a skilled **General Carpenter** to join our team and contribute to the renovation, repair, and maintenance of our properties.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and drywall repair.
- Assist with renovations, remodeling, and improvement projects at both commercial and residential properties.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on interior and exterior structures including doors, windows, walls, and flooring.
- Install and repair cabinetry, fixtures, and other woodwork as needed.
- Work with other contractors and tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment on all job sites.
- Follow blueprints, building plans, and job specifications to ensure quality work.
- Inspect and troubleshoot carpentry issues, recommending solutions where necessary.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of general carpentry experience, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
- Proficiency with tools and techniques used in carpentry (saws, drills, measuring devices, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in property management or working with real estate companies.
- Additional skills in other trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, tiling) are a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs.).
- Comfort with working in various environments, including outdoors, basements, attics, and on ladders or scaffolding.
- Flexibility to travel between job sites as needed.
