WD Swim is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated **Swim/Aquatic Instructors** to join our Richmond Hill location. If you’re passionate about swimming, enjoy working with people of all ages, and want to make a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you

Position Overview

As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you’ll deliver safe, fun, and effective swim programs for participants of all ages and skill levels. Your passion, energy, and professionalism will create a positive and supportive environment for every swimmer.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Genuine passion for swimming, fitness, and working with children, youth, and adults
- Experience teaching aquatic classes (up to 4 swimmers per class) is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current **Standard First Aid** and **CPR-C certification** (required)
- **Aquafit Instructor certification** (asset, not required)
- New instructors welcome — **comprehensive training provided**:

- Dependable, team-focused, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Availability to work **evenings (Mon-Fri)** and/or **weekends (Sat-Sun)**

Scheduling & Hours
- **Flexible scheduling** to fit your availability
- **Part-time**: up to 20 hours per week
- **Full-time**: 20+ hours per week
