**Position Available: Production Line Supervisor**
Key responsibilities:
- Prioritize employee safety and well-being
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team to meet production targets
- Foster cross-functional relationships and promote best practices
- Lead safety and improvement meetings
- Oversee production-related tasks and ensure accuracy
- Operate equipment and train employees on safe use
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Actively engage with and work alongside your team daily
**What you bring to the table**:
to detail. You should have previous supervisory and mechanical aptitude to learn manufacturing
equipment operation with a passion for coaching and developing employees. A willingness to work
both day and night shifts, along with reliable transportation, is a must. While a post-secondary
company.
Starting Wage: $23.00
