We seek an energetic **Intermediate Business system analyst **(full-time).

**Requirements**:

- Conducting research and analysis of business requirements to understand business issues and the industry’s challenges.
- Designing and documenting detailed solutions that satisfy the client’s requirements, while keeping the effort within budget.
- Conducting a thorough impact analysis for each proposed solution to evaluate functional impacts.
- Translating business solutions into user stories/specifications and leading weekly refinement sessions with your scrum team.
- Providing support to your scrum team during development, testing, and UAT phases.
- Facilitating sprint demos and responding to client questions or comments at the end of each sprint.
- Keeping the documentation of our system’s specifications up to date.

**Requirements**:

- Customer-focused attitude with strong soft skills
- **3-5 years** of experience in a Business Analysis position (IT).
- Solid experience analyzing technical and business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- The ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, organized, and clear manner.
- The ability to process information, connect the dots, and think outside the box.
- A natural tendency to be proactive and an aptitude for learning quickly and asking the right questions.
- Positive energy and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic experience in an Agile environment.
- Basic knowledge of task-tracking tools like Azure DevOps.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Technology is excellent but not a showstopper

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$83,000.00 per year
