Job Title: Medical Scribe

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will assist healthcare providers in preparing medical records and collecting history. This role is crucial in maintaining clear and comprehensive patient documentation.

**Duties**:

- Accurately document medical, occupational, and social histories, symptoms, and previous treatments.
- Ensure the pre-consultation medical records are complete, organized, and compliant with regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient scheduling.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in medical terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
