**Duties and Responsibilities**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Chef de Partie** to elevate our kitchen operations and inspire our team. In this role, you will lead by example, ensuring high-quality food is prepared with care and precision. You will mentor and train junior cooks, oversee line execution, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. Your leadership will foster a supportive and dynamic work environment where creativity and teamwork thrive.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 plus years of experience an asset
- Passion for culinary
- high service & quality standards
- motivated to work in a creative, positive, and team-oriented environment
- Red Seal Certification or international equivalent an asset

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
