**Key Responsibilities**:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens.
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the maintenance team.
- Ensure public areas (lobbies, restrooms, corridors) are clean and well-maintained.
- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring the use of cleaning chemicals is safe and proper.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items and perform repetitive tasks.
**Work Environment**:
- Fast-paced hotel environment.
- Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
