**YOUR MISSIONS**:
We support one of our clients, in the field of the distribution of finished products, in their search for a team leader in a distribution center.

We have Laval and Montreal-West stations near Metro Namur.

Under the supervision of the warehouse manager, the team leader is responsible for supporting the planning of warehouse activities, optimizing resources and the execution of processes.

Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize warehouse activities according to specific areas (receiving, storage and shipping);
- Manage the individual key performance indicators (KPI) of his team.
- Facilitate team meetings to communicate the evening plan (forklifts, pallet trucks, containers, etc.);
- Propose solutions to optimize productivity through process review and problem solving;
- Generate reports several times a night to follow up on action plans, shortcomings such as missing boxes, picking and deciding on priorities, etc.;
- Check for pricing errors;
- Generate reports, communicate action plans and decide on evening shift priorities;
- Perform research in SAP and correct discrepancies, if any;
- Promote best practices and compliance with health and safety standards;
- Prepare and participate in the transition meeting between the day and evening shifts - ensure that all information is transmitted to the day shift;
- Coach and consolidate the team;

- Prepare the picking for the next day;

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role;
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS);
- Good knowledge of Excel; SAP is an asset;
- Good communication and coaching skills;
- Good organizational skills, teamwork, attention to detail and ability to achieve results in a very dynamic environment;
- Bilingualism (French and English).
