We believe in the idea that you can come to work, and help make the world a better place in the same day. **Critical Outcomes From the Job** **Project Management**: - Review & Manage all Creative Team design & production requests from various internal teams - Marketing, Mission & Strategy, Operations, Regulatory, HR and Sales - Receive project requests, and assess feasibility based on timing, resources, and project details - Allocate resources to the project, share details with the creative team and freelancers, and assign workload via project management software - Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to obtain missing information and materials that the Creative team needs to work on requests - Support creative and cross-functional teams along with the team members working on them - Verify the information is accurate on the packaging, creative or design briefs, layouts, and specifications received - Partner with cross-functional and external partners in all projects requiring creative support and ensure creative timelines and workload are considered - Collaborate with Commercial Operation project managers to balance creative resources, prioritize work, and adjust timelines as needed - Create a timeline for project milestones and review dates in order to achieve the final deadline - Monitor progress of project, keeps deadlines on track, communicate obstacles internally & with cross-functional teams and proactively propose solutions to overcome them - Schedules review meetings with project stakeholders to discuss and align on proposed design concepts - Take ownership of the creative approval process (internally and via proofing software) and ensures necessary sign-offs are achieved - Be the go-to person and master of all packaging & marketing creative projects by tracking and communicating project status - Communicate updates internally and manage feedback loops and the approval process with cross-functional teams - Manage creative & common brand assests folder structure and archive projects upon completion:collect creative team members feedback to update structure to ease the process. Audit quaterly to insure it’s following agreed standarts - Maintain accurate records of packaging changes - to assist with Regulatory audits and/or product recalls **Creative** **Operations**: - Create and maintain project details in Project Management software, fill in Creative team tasks, make sure Creative team has all imformation in the milestone/task. Be an project managment softwere champion user - Manage online proofing software templates and workflows - Source marketing print vendors and requests quotes for packaging mockups, marketing communications collateral, and miscellaneous printed items as required - Serves as the Creative Team contact for design inquiries from print vendors - Initiate status update meetings with Operations - creates priority list, updates status as needed - Coordinate press-check approvals, supervise Printer Proof approvals and communication with printers - Work with the Senior Creative Project Manager and Creative Lead to continuously improve upon processes and print quality standards. Assist in identifying areas of improvement to the creative & design process, and work with senior management to implement solutions - Maintain packaging flats, printed materials library The description above represents the most significant essential duties of the job but does not exclude others. **Qualifications & Experience** **Education** - Post-secondary diploma; degree preferred **Experience** - 3 - 5 years of project coordination for packaging artwork creation & production, marketing creatives, photo/ video production experience in marketing or agency environment - Experience with print production and packaging a strong asset - Comprehensive understanding of the creative development process, and omnichannel marketing campaigns - Proven track-record of partnering with designers, merchants, and vendors - Organized, self-starter who excels at prioritizing and planning multi-stakeholder initiatives and competing priorities - Proven ability to thrive while managing multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment - Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead, facilitate, and present to large groups and senior leadership. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various project management tools; Experience in Asana, a plus - Thorough un
