Janitor/cleaner

**Responsibilities & requirements**
- Sweeping, mopping, wiping racks, dusting (high & low), yard maintenance, building maintenance, etc.
- Process trash removal.
- Clean restrooms, offices, stairs, lunchroom, hallways, etc.
- Set up and clean employee workspaces.
- Assist with meeting set-up and teardown.
- Make sure the establishment is clean and meets all safety requirements
- Maintain janitorial supplies organized
- Other duties - TBD
- **Vehicle is a must**as we have 2 locations nearby (will be working at both locations)
- Skills to make minor repairs (drywall repair, paint restorations, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to keep an organized record of cleaning supply inventory
- Ability to perform maintenance checks on the ventilation system
- Problem-solving skills

Part Time Job
Location 1**:195 Constellation Drive, Stoney Creek**
Cleaning time**:Monday - Friday - 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (5x/week)**

Location 2**:317 South Service Rd, Grimsby** (8-10 minutes distance)
Cleaning times**:Monday, Wednesday, & Friday - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)**

Total**: 20-24 hrs/ wk (max)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour
