Join our team
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage IT Tickets for Ramco.
- Create Finance reports in ERP system.
- Resolve IT Tickets with finance Team and Ramco and or Tagetik Team.
- Create or update workflows.
- Upload files in Tagetik.
- Create Finance or BU partner reports in Tagetik.
- Create Budget scenarios.
- BU partner for other IT projects.
- Support to the finance team for reconfigurations needed.
- Support in Month End.
- Training
**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and professional accounting designation
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (written and spoken), French and English
- Strong analytical and synthesizing skills
- Organized and skilled at managing priorities and deadlines
- IT background,
- ERP Implementations experience
- Experience with Tagetik or Ramco an Asset
- Strong computer MS Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Able to carry out tasks independently and thoroughly
- A team player
- Proven ability to adapt and be flexible
- Demonstrates strong and visible support of our Corporate Values of Service, Excellence, Integrity & Together;
