**What can you expect from this position?**
Under the general guidance of the Director, Commercial Groundside Transportation Performance & Development, the Associate Director, Groundside Transportation Business Planning and Performance will lead the management and integration of the business strategy and development functions for both Parking and Ground Transportation. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and action plans to enhance the passenger experience through our Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program, accelerate non-aeronautical revenue (NAR) growth, and improving the overall groundside experience including product development.
**Who are we looking for?**
**This is the role for you, if you have**:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business, commerce, economics, or equivalent field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience within a company and industry that is highly dependent on revenue management as a core competency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing, leading, motivating and training staff
- Demonstrated experience working in a customer centric environment
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
