**MISSION D'EMPLOI**
En tant que membre de l'équipe de direction de New Balance Retail, les chefs d'équipe de vente au détail à temps plein aident à des tâches telles que l'ouverture / fermeture du magasin, la conduite des résultats, les tâches opérationnelles et la fourniture d'une expérience de classe mondiale pour nos clients. **PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Soyez une présence de leadership positive sur le plancher de vente tout en communiquant et en coachant professionnellement avec tous les associés
- Être axé sur les résultats dans l'atteinte de nos indicateurs de performance clés de magasin grâce à la formation et au développement de nos associés
- Peut aider le directeur du magasin à créer l'horaire et à prendre les devants dans les déménagements de plancher
- Offrez une excellente expérience client en utilisant notre modèle de service INVITÉ
- Être sain sur le plan opérationnel, ouvrir / fermer le magasin, le contrôle des stocks, les procédures opérationnelles
- Participer au recrutement, aux entrevues et à l'embauche des meilleurs talents
- Suivre les règlements en matière de sécurité et de rapports, y compris les procédures de levage appropriées

**CONDITIONS REQUISES POUR RÉUSSIR**
- Doit être âgé de 18 ans ou plus
- 2 ans d'expérience de supervision de la vente au détail préférés
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience scolaire équivalente
- Capacité de leadership démontrée
- Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de communication verbale
- Volonté de travailler selon un horaire flexible pour répondre aux exigences d'un commerce de détail prospère, ce qui peut impliquer de travailler les week-ends et les jours fériés
- Capacité de : soulever 4 lb fréquemment ; soulever un maximum de 8 lb à l'occasion ; s'agenouiller ou s'accroupir fréquemment ; déplacer les boîtes de produit jusqu'à 50 lb (avec de l'aide si nécessaire) ; se tenir debout pendant de longues périodes de temps ; grimper à des échelles à l'occasion ; monter et descendre les escaliers fréquemment (selon l'endroit)
- **JOB MISSION**
As part of the New Balance Retail Leadership Team, full time Retail Team Leads assist with duties such as opening/closing the store, driving results, operational duties and delivering a world class experience for our guests. You will lead by example through New Balance’s Core Competencies.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates
- Be results driven in achieving our store key performance indicators through training and development of our associates
- May assist store manager in creating the schedule and taking the lead in floor moves
- Deliver a great guest experience utilizing our GUEST service model
- Be operationally sound, opening/closing the store, inventory control, operational procedures
- Be involved in recruiting/interviewing/hiring of top talent
- Follow safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures

**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays
- Ability to: lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location)
