We need these members of our team to be friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented, enthusiastic about craft beer, have math skills, exceptional verbal communication, and be customer service oriented. All FOH staff must have the energy to keep up with a consistent flow of traffic while selling and encouraging our guests to try and buy. The ability to provide good customer service, maintain a neat appearance, and remember patrons and their orders is essential.

As the front-line BBC ambassador, you will have a great time selling beer, serving quality food and making friends.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a host, server, or bartender in a comparable restaurant environment is considered an asset
- Craft Beer knowledge is a great asset, but a willingness to learn is goes a long way.
- Passionate about food, beer, and spirits a must.
- Be guest focused and guest driven always.
- Desire to exceed guest expectations and deliver an exceptional guest dining experience each and every time.
- Smart Serve Certification is a MUST
- Cicerone Certified. If not already certified must be willing to become certified upon employment within our company.
- Posses a great positive attitude, and be guest driven and guest focussed always.
- Available to work all restaurant operating hours, weekdays, weeknights, weekends, week nights and late nights
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of personal computers or ability to acquire appropriate-level skill using computers and restaurant software
- Reliable transportation to and from work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
