Currently looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

Looking to hire a self-driven independent team worker with a get-it-done attitude. Our lifeline depends on it. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Pharma/Biotech/Cosmetics/Food industry regulatory.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supports Project Managers/Project Engineers in developing, maintaining and monitoring project documents, project plans, action logs, project schedules.
- Support Project Managers in Drafting/Reviewing/Approving project related CAPAs and Change Controls.
- Maintaining/Drafting and modifying Project related AutoCAD drawings.
- Preparing, writing, and following up on the creation and closeout of the Change Control, CAPA and Deviation on Veeva and the old system
- Preparing, writing, and following up on the creation of the URS
- Coordinate with all departments to get the actions done and get the documentations needed to close out the related documents.
- Archiving the documents in SharePoint.
- Proposing, modifying, and changing the AutoCad drawings as per the requirement.
- Verifying field conditions and developing small layouts for equipment installation
- Following the execution of small projects.
- Has a supervisor competency to help supervise the Engineering Project activities during the weekdays and weekends.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor of Engineering (Preferably Mechanical/Chemical/Industial).
- Thorough knowledge of CAPAs & Change Controls (CC). Exeperience with a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience and thorough understanding of Engineering documents life cycle (commissioning and Qualification).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple health authorities (e.g. FDA, Health Canada, EU).
- Be able to communicate effectively with everyone.
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Must be motivated and well organized
- Familiarity with Office 365.

**Salary**: $29.00-$40.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
