**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the manager of Central Intake, the Clinical Practice Lead (CPL) with Central Intake is responsible for providing clinical oversight, consultation, education, and supervision for the Central Intake team. The CPL role is focused on advancing evidence-based tier 2 care by providing training, supervision and coaching opportunities on an individual and group basis and will support the development and implementation of tier 2 care pathways for Central Intake. The CPL will have a role in orientation, peer supervision, team building, and provincial committees.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Registered, or eligible to register with the appropriate regulatory body within the Province of Nova Scotia
- Minimum three years experience providing assessment and treatment for adolescents within Mental Health & Addictions
- Minimum three years of Mental Health and Addictions clinical experience within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledgeable in evidence-based and best practices used to support clients in Metal Health and Addictions
- Experience in developing and facilitating clinical training in evidence-based best practices for Mental Health and Addictions
- Experience in creating a safe and collaborative learning environment to support clinicians in transferring their clinical skills into practice.
- Experience in providing a range of clinical supervision within Mental Health and Addictions
- Excellent public speaking, communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- Accessible to reliable transportation required
- Proficiency with in MediTech/ OpNote etc.. preferred
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

- Permanent, full-time position; 75 hours bi-weekly

**Compensation and Benefits**:
$47.78 - $57.09 Hourly
