Claims Processor

We are currently looking for a **Claims Processor** to join our team. This role has a **hybrid work arrangement**, required to work on site in our Calgary office with flexibility to work from home a few days a week.

**YOUR ROLE**

The claims processor role will review and accurately key in pertinent claims data into the claims system to build out the claim for the system to adjudicate automatically or to be pended and escalated to a Health & Dental Claims adjudicator. This role also supports the Health and Dental team with administrative tasks as required.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Provide data entry of MPACS claims.
- ClaimSecure Audit claims review and release.
- Ensuring quality of work within the expected range.
- Filing correspondence and claims as needed
- Assist the team with administrative tasks as required.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- You will accurately enter claim information onto claims system.
- You will meet or exceed of 200 lines of claims per day with a quality of 93% or higher.
- You will assist with processing the Audit claims in the ClaimSecure system.
- You will work effectively within a team while setting personal productivity goals.
- You will effectively communicate with internal and external partners.
- You will assist the team in maintaining a maximum of 2 day turnaround time as per our SLA requirements.

**THIS IS YOU**
- Education: High school or greater
- Strong data-entry skills with number-pad familiarity
- Microsoft Office suite
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Efficient and accurate keying skills
- Above average organizational and planning skills
- Able to handle a large, repetitive workload
- Time management skills
- Self-motivated

**YOUR COMPENSATION**

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary pay range for this position is $42,000-$45,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
