**Position Overview**
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Ottawa, Ontario. This role is primarily in-person, allowing you to work closely with clients and colleagues in our state-of-the-art facilities. However, we also offer flexible options for including remote work.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct psychological assessments and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual client needs.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on cognitive behavioural therapy, to clients of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential clinical records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and collaborative discussions to enhance client outcomes and professional growth.
- Mentor and supervise trainees or junior team members, as needed, fostering their professional development.
**Qualifications**
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering cognitive behavioural therapy interventions.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring would be considered an asset.
