**Job Description for Full Time Store Manager**

**Hours of Work: 40 hours/week**

**Hours of Operation: Full days are 10am-7pm shifts & Sundays Noon-7pm**

**Vapexcape is part of the Vape SuperStore chain in Canada. Our store is a beautiful, bright and clean environment to work in and we pride ourselves on having an excellent reputation in the industry and the City of Regina. Our customer base is very well established and our on-line store is very busy.**

This is an excellent opportunity an individual seeking a full-time position that has a huge variety of responsibilities so you will never be bored. In this role you will interact with our others stores to discuss products, promotions, marketing trends etc. across the country. This position is so much more than just a retail store manager for the right individual. We have the ability to build a unique position surrounding this role. We offer above average compensation with bonus plans. You must have a great understanding of vaping and previous experience at this level in vape or cannabis.

You will also have above average written communication skills in the English language and a solid background in social media including building marketing strategies for Instagram, online websites and others. Please include the following in your resume before sending it to us:

- How many years retail experience do you have managing inventory, product analytics and managing staff (this role does not currently manage the staff in Regina)
- Explain your proficiency levels in excel reporting
- What did you love/dislike in your previous role managing a vape store.

**Mandatory Skills Required**:

- Professional attitude towards customer service with a proven track record working in retaining a team under your supervision.
- Mathematical aptitude, strong English written skills and computer skills are mandatory
