As a Barista/Cashier, you represent and embody the values and beliefs of the company when delivering the best customer service and freshly made drinks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Take orders and prepare drinks in accordance with Presotea drinks formula and preparation techniques.
- Maintain the cleanliness of your working area and the store.
- Able to operate cash register and accurately handle monetary transactions
- Able to learn by heart drink formula
- Able to follow hygiene rules, formula and processes to produce quality drinks in short timing.
- Prepare supply for drinks.
- Must be able to read English and speak French (functional)
- Show initiative to assist management with floor and inventory controls by monitoring reorder points and taking inventory counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service; identify customer issues and/or complaints and handle them in a professional manner.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Able to complete job responsibilities without direct supervision
- Understand the importance of customer service and is customer-focused
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate strong work ethics: responsible, reliable, punctual, and have high integrity
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Training provided. Prior experience is an asset.
