Rebalance Sports Medicine
- Yonge & Adelaide is a fast paced multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic located in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are looking for a committed, reliable, motivated medical receptionist to join our team of Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors and Sports Medicine Doctors. The position is Permanent, Full-Time, 11 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling appointments
- Taking payments/billing
- Keeping track of inventory
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing clinic flow and organization
- Tidying up the clinic and restocking supplies in the treatment rooms
- Communicating with patients, therapists and other receptionists
- Flexible to cover vacation and sick days for other receptionists
- Experience with Jane app and/or another EMR system
- Strong computer proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including excellent phone manner
- Shows initiative and has the ability to work with mínimal supervision

Compensation:
Salary starts at $16.00 + benefits. Pay raises annually based on performance.

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are required in the clinic. Patients are required to complete a health screen before attending. Additional cleaning & disinfection procedures are in place.

- Toronto, ON M4R1G4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
