**Role Summary**

**General Responsibilities**
- Conducts field surveys and collaborates closely with the Project Manager to meet all client objectives.
- Ensures timely completion of tasks by communicating effectively with team members.
- Submits required documentation to office staff, including field notes, calculations, and other survey data.
- Performs all health and safety duties as identified in the company's safety procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Willingness to travel for work is required
- Proficient using conventional survey instruments, total station, digital levels, and GPS equipment
- Reside in Lower Mainland of BC
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a construction surveyor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract is required
- Strong understanding of survey instruments and techniques
- Experience with CAD Drafting Software is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and terrain
- Team player and able to work independently with little/reasonable oversight
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English (spoken and written)

Pay: $35.00-$47.00 per hour
