Boom + Batten is hiring a Hosts, Expeditors, Bussers + Bar backs

We serve coastal cuisine inspired by our local surroundings and global adventures. Our beverage program features cutting edge cocktails, local and craft partnerships and our elevated wine list is designed to showcase the innovative and fresh ingredients on our menu. Boom + Batten is located on the water in the Victoria International Marina, with stunning views from our dining room, bar, and café. Featuring a team of dedicated and talented industry professionals, we are seeking applicants with a desire to grow their skills.

The chosen applicant will:
+Have a positive and approachable demeanour

+Have a passion for providing genuine hospitality, ensuring informed and inspired service to guests at all times. Experience in a full-service restaurant setting is an asset

+Be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and organization by managing high volume wait-lists at the door, guaranteeing food is quickly and correctly delivered to tables and ensuring the dining room and service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing
