Project Manager

**SUMMARY OF JOB**
- Responsible for working as part of a team to perform rebuild services while adhering to company policies and procedures. This includes, but not limited to, supervising crew members and other employees, subtrades, and anyone who enters our job site to make sure adherence to Ministry of Labour and Health and Safety board requirements are met.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To create and maintain budgets.
- Located in the Z drive
- To be able to project the amount of revenue and control costs.
- Create GANTT (production) chart and monitor field operations ensuring work is being completed in accordance with the project schedule and specifications as detailed in the GANTT chart.
- To ensure all timelines are met on the project at hand.
- If timelines are not met it could result in loss of revenue and legacy.
- To be responsible for the entire communication chain of each project you are responsible for.
- Advise Senior management of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in mitigating and resolving such conflicts.
- Take the lead on productivity issues and monitor work performance and efficiency of employees and subtrades to ensure project plans and schedule are followed and project is executed effectively.
- To attend projects with customers/clients to begin the above-mentioned process.
- To prepare prelims (scopes, equipment, material) to begin project.
- To ensure the proper equipment and material to avoid loss of time and/or revenue.
- To provide the necessary information required by the insurance companies to the PMA to ensure customer information is documented through Contractor Connection instructions on XactAnalysis and/or Conversense; followed up by internal reporting in Dash.
- Ensure project materials and workmanship meet the project quality standards
- To document proper procedures as listed in WINMAR® protocols to ensure job costing is tracked accurately.
- To follow up with customers in a timely manner as per WINMAR®’s policies and procedures.
- Once the project begins, follow up with customers is mandatory and a daily requirement.
- To communicate with customers daily, to provide status updates of their project.
- On all projects (emergencies if required), to manage trades according to the task which they are appointed to.
- To organize Purchase Orders and procure equipment.
- To organize projects according to priority.
- At all times obtain several quotes for best practices.
- To meet weekly for CAPE with PMA
- To maintain milestones in XactAnalysis daily (if required by reporting to PMA).
- To ensure Trades, Suppliers, and Vendors follow the terms of conditions set up by their agreement with WINMAR®.
- If a site inspection has been discussed/arranged with an adjuster, all parties are informed via XactAnalysis, Conversense, and Dash by providing the information to the PMA.
- To ensure Health & Safety protocols are followed by all individuals.
- To obtain a Job Authorization (JA) before starting any work.
- To ensure the safety, cleanliness, and quality of workmanship at each site during inspections.
- To follow invoicing procedures as laid out in the Billing Control Form (BCF).
- To obtain Job Completion Form (JC) with a high service recommendation.
- Any additional tasks as assigned with respect to management of projects and sites.

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS & REPORTING OBLIGATIONS (as per the Org Chart)**
- Project Manager will report to the Estimator.
- Project Manager will report to the Office Coordinator, when required.
- Project Manager will report to Production Supervisor with Scopes, as required.
- Project Manager will communicate with Project Management Assistant.
- Crew members will give Project Manager updates.
- Trades/Vendors will communicate/report to Project Manager.
- Project Manager must send a job report report at the end of each day updating the Office Coordinator and President/Owner of job progress and hours worked.

- Construction background a must.
- Postsecondary education a must.
- Excellent computer skills a must.
- Time management skills a must.
- Mathematical skills a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
